2nd Annual Aarrggh! Comics Grant!

The D.C. Conspiracy is excited to announce the 2nd Annual Aarggh! Comics Grant, an initiative to encourage comic-book development by young adults (ages 18 and younger) in the Greater Washington D.C. Metropolitan area.
