Check this out, this morning I was sticking some dollar bills into the smartcard machine so's I could get to work. All the cash I have on me is whatever money I got at the con (cause I'm not much of a cash man) and this one bill kept getting rejected by the machine. It was kinda old and stuff, but even after trying to straighten it out I kept getting rejected. So I looked a little closer...

Someone totally passed me pornographic fake money! Just a buck, so I'm not complaining, but I'm just trying to figure out which one of them crazy punks it was that slipped me the porno money.

How was the pre-show party? Any shenanigans? Sell plenty 'o books?

The pre-party wasn't at Laughing Ogre this year. Like Evan said, the store was sold and I guess the news folks weren't into it. There was a little pre-party at a cafe that some of the Panel guys and others sponsored, but the place was quite a distance from our hotel (and I was already getting good and liquored at the hotel bar with Rafer, Nan, Bram, Monica, Larned, Jason, etc.) But the place did have great beer--can't go wrong with Pauliner--and the salmon wraps were excellent. Then we went back to our hotel and headed for the bar again. I think Andrew probably has the best stories from the group. He took a 22-hour roundtrip bus ride in one day. He's nuts.

Whoa, that IS nuts. I was wondering where he stayed. Andrew might just care about comics more than any of us.
