SUPER-GEEK-A-THON
The Franchise are a superb GEEK ROCK band. I wouldn't sling the G word if they didn't define themselves with it. The four members of that band are highly intelligent individuals who use their collective intellect to create unique, entertaining music. Recently, I was asked to do some illustrations for their upcoming album 'To the rescue!'. I said I definitely would, but wanted to sit in on a practice to get the feel of the band, as well as get some mental snapshots of the members.
I have never been as overwhelmed by someone's brain power as I was watching JEOPARDY with David and Noah before the other members showed up. I know enough to come off as mildly educated when watching that show, but I felt like I was sitting with clones of Ken Jennings. They were anwering the questions while I was still reading them. These are some smart fellas.
Anyway. I'm working on the art now, but I wanted to share a peice to give you guys an idea as to how it'll look.
Uh, yeah, those are his underwear.

Jake,
Why'd you go with the invert? Looks great, though. Just curious what look you're going for. (I'm sure it'll be aparent when we see the whole cover.)
