Projects begun with the best of intentions...
![]()

Bears chewing gum: It could happen! I found this drawing today and thought I'd put it up with another of my questions for ya readers.
Do you a project that you started with the best of intentions that just never made it to the finish line? This was intended as part of a children's book with the working title: It Could Happen! The idea was two put two subjects that aren't usually related together, like bears and chewing gum, for no other reason than to embrace absurdity. I think I did a few drawings for this, then got bored. And I thought the bears weren't really lively enough.

I dunno about you, Deb, but I'm usually lively when I eat (chew?) that much sugar, and those two bears on the right look totally buzzed to me... they're great!

Love the bears.
I have many unfinished projects. But are they really unfinished? You never know, I may go back to them some day, as you might with your gum-chewing bears.
